come to think of it your not on the streets being homeless and stuff, and here in the Philippine around 60% on the poverty line and 60% of those people are making house one the side walk with cardboard and anything that could represent a house

Technically the USA and russia should be the top 2. Their corruption is so strong it created wars and civil war in OTHER countries, which in turn created the corruption that got them on the list.
