so basically it is the procedure of giving blood which is 1 pint.only instead of letting it flow naturally, the machine takes it when you receive damage

I have this prickly (no pun intended) feeling that couch potatoes have more blood to give than sperm. Implying that they don't get up and move around...since exercise is a key ingredient to creating the darn sperm to start with.
