i went to haerbin last year and visited the ice festival. the pics give only a little idea of the place. you have to be there, immersed in light and cold, to completely feel this unreal landscape.

Definitely something to see once in a lifetime.

This is part of a yearly ice festival Harrbin has. I've seen pictures from past years (my cousin lived there for a few years), but these have to be the most amazing pictures I've seen!
