Welcome to the Palazzio di Amore. It's located in Beverly Hills, CA has 53,000 square feet of living space, 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms, and a 5,000 square ft master bedroom. The property sits on a 25 acre vineyard that produces up to 500 bottles of wine a year. It's owned by Jeff Greene who rents it out for $475,000 a month but now he's trying to sell it for the low price of $195,000,000.

This isn't the most expensive house, I'm trying to sell my flat for 200 million $ and suddenly I'm a multimillionaire. I have a 200mill $ property cause asking a prince for something really makes it that valuable.

opulence in abundance never really appealed to me. There is so much more in prettier places that is so much less. Hey if you have it to spend and it makes you happy, more power to you. I would rather have something in the $20 million range and use the other $175 mill for scholarships, grants, research, homeless programs, etc. Besides, I would need a 5 mile cycling track with running path next to it, 100 meter swim lane with family pool and hot tub, sun porch, home gym and other niceties that I am sure wont run me $195 MILL. An item may have a value of a lot of money, but its true worth is only as much someone is willing to pay for it.
