I have a feeling iceberg lettuce doesnt deserve to be on a list of superfoods if it was argued its as many nutrients as water.

Now it has more nutrients than water, but compared to other veg and lettuces its very low on the healthy veg list. And garlic is supposed to be one of the healthiest things a human can eat, which isnt on the list. Same goes with bananas and dates.
