Seriously?? This showed the harvesting of a buffalo. This had nothing to do with family farming. What kind of liberal agenda was this supposed to be?

^1 maybe they farm buffalo?
In any case, I think the point was that farming* is hard, bloody, often unpleasant work. Most urban hipsters facebooking instead of working at 0830 with their morning coffee probably forget what it takes to bring food to their table.

*then again, damn few farmers do their own slaughtering/butchering anymore, except maybe for their own family.

having grown up on a family ranch, with a farm, this is hardly even close. besides, what is the big deal about harvesting a buffalo?
