No 10. A ticket for underage drinking? First of all, you can get a 'ticket' for underage drinking?
Second, he was 19 for Christ's sake!!! Not many places where 19 is considered underage. Ridiculous :13:

In the US you can be cited for minor in possession of alcohol. And in every state the drinking age is 21.

Some of them are criminals who got caught because they posted evidence or their location. The others essentially got arrested for taking 'Free Speech' literally. 'Free Speech' doesnt mean free, it never did......
