Spiders cannot burrow through a body. Their jaws and mandibles are completely the wrong size and shape. They are made for puncturing.

Spiders don't do this. Mites are arachnids like spiders, and some of them burrow under skin like this. Google scabies {SHUDDER!} if you have the fortitude.
