I have the feeling some of these are posed for the camera, especially the ones which take ages to prepare. No parent will get up an hour or two before their kid and cook up a meal more elaborate than most dinners, every day, for 15-18 years.

Iceland is very similar to Estonian normal breakfasts.. but people usually does not like healthy breakfasts.
The word "breakfast" is interesting actually.. "fast break"? Break for what?

Breakfast is 'break fast', not 'fast break'. It means breaking the fast from the day before. One of the few english words that does what it says...
Fast - It can mean something is moving at high speed OR to not eat for a while.
