Belarus is a country in Eastern Europe, known because of its President Lukashenko, who is often called the Last Dictator of Europe.
A while ago the state officials issued a bill requiring all organizations to buy PCs produced only by domestic companies.
There were not a lot of problems with PCs itself because most of them have been assembling in Belarus anyway.
Much more problems were caused by displays.
None of domestic companies produced PC displays.
Then a local company Integral said that they are ready to manufacture displays and everybody can order a domestic display as it is required by the law.
A lot of people were surprised how fast the company managed to start the production of its own displays.
But when the first customers got their displays the mystery was solved.
