Back in my day, we had to listen to old people say, "Back in my day...", too.
#9 - The person saying this is an idiot. The kids who did "try this at home" and ended up dead aren't here to say otherwise, so we only get the side of the story from the kids who stayed home and didn't take chances. But now we hear stories like, "When I was a kid, we swung from a frayed rope over an open pit of starving alligators for fun. We didn't have some fancy iBox 420 to keep us entertained, and we liked it that way!"
