Doomsday device? Um,,, I dont think any of these devices individually have the potential of destroying the entire human race. Despite what Dr Strangelove and his buddies think.

No, if the bomb was bigger most of it would have ended up in space, and no point in blowing that up.

Also, natural disasters such as volcanoes and meteors can have more destructive power, and dont split the planet. You could use a tsar bomb to activate a volcano, but that wouldnt make it itself a doomsday weapon. (Unless you use thousands worldwide).

Another thing, MIRV's don't all dump onto one target, but when separate, have individual re-entry targeting. BTW...if you think the US will have empty, deactivated launch tubes to comply with treaty results...you are only fooling yourself...
Reapers are actually slow and easy to knock down, however the next generation coming are small jets (smaller than say, the F-16 (but not by much) extremely fast and nimble and will be able to carry small yield nuclear devices. How do I know? I only worked in the programs for 22 years...
