Most of them look pretty good. Some are just let down by presentation (cough Britains NHS cough), and some are just crazy - looking at you Poland.

In Mxico, they give you a traditional beverage called "atole", some oats, an apple or an orange, and depending on your diet, they might give you some meat with vegetables, or a soup; and of course lemon flavored jelly.

Poland- looks more like supper. Quality-wise it's accurate. In Poland you generally don't want to get sick. If you do get sick enough to require hospital treatment you better be overweight, otherwise you might starve if doctors fail to kill you :)
