Here is an idea, instead of chasing it around and making it mad, how about all those people that turn up to these "events" corral it and contain it? I mean, they have been using these methods with much larger tigers for probably over a hundred years using vit cloth.

And what will they do with it then? Kill it humanely? They never release an animal thats attacked a person, and with good reason. However, as tomaz said, the problem is the destruction of the enviroment, and as long as we want cheap products thats not going to change.
