in the first pic, i like how the kneeling push up facing right is a different exercise from the kneeling push up facing left :10:

Don't be ridiculous... a 3 minutes workout is a joke, and could only be somewhat beneficial to people incredibly out of shape and un-athletic. To any person with a minimum training, 3 minutes is just silly. Bad, bad uninformative post.
