This man must have a skull made of steel because this bullet couldn't even penetrate it. Even after being shot in the head, he's still smiling.

it penetrated all right, the "thing" (not very sure it is a 'bullet') is not embedded in the thin scalp tissue. IF it is a bullet, it traveled from extreme long range (say, from someone shooting in the air, it happens) or was a ricochet of sorts. The angle is odd, the length is odd, the width is odd, the base and heal of the 'bullet' is odd. I would be interested in the source information....

I can take a cap like that and stick a bullet
in the side in no time. Fake blood and all.
No wonder he smiles, this is a great halloween cap
like the hatchet on the head....hehehehe
