Englishman Stuart Kettell likes to help out charities but he does it in a very different way. He recently pushed a brussel sprout all the way up a mountain with his face. If you think that sounds like fun, wait until you see what else he does.

2012 - Hung suspended by helium balloons for seven days
2013 - Walked every street in the town of Coventry (500 miles) on a pair of stilts
