The palestinian people recieve all the building materials required for any shelters, the problem is that hammas took the money and put it into building gigantic tunnels in order to infiltrate into israel and kill more people.

I agree that it's incomprehensible, firing at a hospital. The thing is, Hammas HQ are placed under hospitals because of that exact reason. If the UN had done something about it, Israel wouldn't have to. Now you're demeaning the lives of Israelis because Hammas demonised them by using civilians as human shields. Can you justify that?
samedru, Hammas are criminals, using civilians as human sheilds. for example: when a house that's populated by civilans is about to be bombed by israeli bombardment, the IDF makes sure those civilians know it's going to happen so they can evacuate. Hammas responds by forcing civilians on the roofs of said buildings, to maximise the death count, so that the world will hear about the monstrosity of the IDF.
