It's fake. There is no dust on the jars, furniture and cars.
I think it is a set for some movie.

I believe that there are a few abandoned towns across the States that are maintained in their empty final stage.
They even have tours and must carry out a little maintenance which might explain the lack of dust and general good order of the buildings.

It's a state park that maintains the "ghost town". Banack was abandoned in the 50's after the mines in the area all dried up
