The glass Skydeck rests on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower in Chicago. Visitors are allowed to stand out on the Skydeck and view the city like never before which is scary enough but when the glass cracks, it's straight up terrifying.

If you actually read up on this, it's just a plate of glass that is on top of the actual structural glass that broke. The strong glass that actually supports people was completely intact.
That said, I wouldn't stand on this ever. No matter if it's all intact or not.

that wasn't the glass that cracked, it was the protective barrier #6 shows them stepping on the actual glass
