Body Revolution is a competition that was first introduced by Gold's Gym 7 years in the USA.
But it became extremely popular in Russia.
The goal of the competition is to put your body back in shape in 10 weeks.

i'm on the whole other end of the spectrum. 6 months ago i weighed 145 and was 6'. Now I'm 6' 2" and weigh 168, that 23 pounds is pure muscle. now instead of getting made fun of because i'm skinny i can take of my shirt and people will just say "damn." it's a great feeling to have.
