If you want to explain to people why it doesn't make any sense to drink this shit is:

4 elements of water are needed to use/burn 1 element od carbs. there is simply not enough water in Coke to use the carbs that are in there...

So it is technically and practically impossible to fight the thirst with Coke :01:

Funny, how "cola drinking" people's first reaction is anger and refusing the simple fact shown on the pictures.

And yes, I also drink coca cola or fanta sometimes, ie. once a month, it's really cool when it's really cold and with ice.

Besides, being a triathlete, I have a coke quite often, especially during the run portion of the race (it is a life saver!) Never seemed to have a problem, and I am in perfect health.

Rather mix with brandy. Milk won't get you . . . relaxed.
