The driver in the semi can't see any of the bikes in #2.

Rule 1 while on a bike. If you can't see the other driver's eyes in a mirror, then he can't see you. Rule 2, Newton's laws always trump man's made up laws. Rule 3, stupid is as stupid does.

These apply to all other vehicles not just semis.

When I was driving I couldn't see sh!t on my right even in ideal conditions. And if it was rainy, snowy, darky, dusty or anything else like that.... forget about it.

The Captain is right, all those bikes would be hard to see, but because of how the mirrors were usually set up, anything in the lane directly to my left I could see clearly.

DON'T PASS ON THE RIGHT

You need to know something about reality on a bike, not the blind spots.
