Quell the knee-jerk reaction, look at the pic again, and try some critical thinking instead. The picture shows what lying or incompetent (or both) congress-beasts call "assault rifles." They use that term along with conflated, obfuscated statistics to drum up mindless, emotional support from the unthinking, fearful segment of the population. Further against your point is that 323 is for all deaths in 2011 involving any kind of rifle, not just "assault rifles."
