Don't female leatherback turtles lay eggs on the beach? This may be a good luck omen more than a wedding crasher.

and it's not like the turtle suddenly 'ran up' on the beach and crashed the wedding.
More like they (wedding party) just happened to choose the same place on the beach a turtle happened to be.

I say, nice pics ... cherish them forever.

most beaches are marked as turtle nest areas, and many are off limits during certain times of the year for nestng purposes...perhaps they were in a part of the beach they were not supposed to be on?
