Some of the worst looking food is often the best tasting.

Deep fried turantula tastes like soft shell crab.... And it's not $8.99 for two pieces

you just overreacted a bit, uh ? it may not look delicious as an american heartstoping baconfilled piece of industrial shit, but it looks fine. only the plate of soup is a little awkward, there's too much in it, one cannot carry this without spilling a few at every step.

hails from Finland. All those are common foods here, and very much liked, too. Mmmi is the only one I know foreigners usually don't even try, but then again many Finns don't like it either. It's just very sweet, thick porridge, which I personally like very much indeed :)

Agreed. None of these looks disgusting. To americans everything which dont look like cheese hamburger is disgusting.
The second picture (black-sausage) is ordinary in Brazil and is called Chourisso, very good with beer. :03:

i love black sausages, we eat them much in Estonia too in winter, during the christmas especially.
Mmmi is really good too.
Pea soup is good.. or actually it depends who made it and not to eat every day ofcourse:D to much fart:P
