But most of them are just travestites. That means men that shave their legs, stuff socks in their bras and wear dresses.
Why would they be called anything else than "men that dress like women"?
A tottaly different situation is with most of the ladyboys in Asia, that take hormones since childhood and develop normal (but small) breasts. Now that is a third gender.
