I'm pretty sure Pollsmoor Prison in Cape Town, South Africa is one of the worst prisons in the world. Do some research and see for yourself.

They are not TENNIS camps, they are PRISONS....if you cant do the time, dont do the crime! Rikers doesnt even compare to most of the prisons of the world. Coming to an American prison would be like a tennis camp compared to most in the world, and for a reason!

None of these are worst than a Brazilian prison. American and European prisons are like resorts to us.
