A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old teenagers were transferring at Chicago O’Hare airport to a flight to Seattle when baggage screeners found two World War I artillery shells in their luggage. They allegedly grabbed them in France. The shells were inert and no one was ever in danger.

Some TSA or FBI agent now has a very nice pair of WWI shells on display in his office, I would guess.
