They have similar warning labels & pictures on cigarette boxes (every brand) in Australia. I also seem to remember seeing them on the cigarettes in Singapore too. A news stand owner once told me that one of his wife's autistic students (I think he said the boy was 11?) collects all of the pictures even though they are all very graphic and disgusting looking.

The texts are slightly wrong. They should say "smoking can cause...". It's far from a 100% probability.
