Russian troops took control of the Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine. It all happened without firing a shot. Most of the local population, that mainly consists of ethnic Russians, supports the invasion.

Attacking another country, cheating, lying, breaking any international law one can think of and being happy about that? Pure Russia.
Also, soldiers? Soldiers don't cover their faces. Terrorists, yes.

"Most of the local population, that mainly consists of ethnic Russians, supports the invasion."
Fuck NO! There's about 50/50 Russian and Ukrainians in that peninsula.
For the moment is peaceful, but I've seen threats of turning that place in the next Chechnya and that would suck for all.

Hitler also invaded Czechoslovakia in 1938 because he wanted to protect the german minority there.
At that time, the larger world powers didn't had a problem with that, the same way they don't have a problem with Putin right now

Hitler in Chehoslovakia, in Gdansk, Stalin in East Poland, Saddam in Kuwait, Putin in Georgia, Abkhazia, Osetia - now Ukraine ...."to protect fellow citizens" .. and you dare to make jokes about US sending troops....
I'm not sure, though, is it Anshluss, Blitzkrieg or Red Storm Rising

Nothing funny. The military invasion in 21 century may cause the third world war. Russian military forces are blocking ukrainian army and navy in Crimea. Russian army forces issuing ultimatum to Ukrainian army to defect or else they will take action. BTW, theese people with weapon doesnt have any military signs of the rank (military insignia, symbols or emblem of being a part of concrete army forces) - they are not legal army forces, they are like unknown invaders. Everybody knows that it is russian army, but russian president & politics telling that there are no any russian forces in Crimea. 8(
So theese unknown men with machine guns who occupied the streets of ukrainian city with no explanation are invaders, they have no right to be there.
It's not truth, that "most of the local population, that mainly consists of ethnic Russians, supports the invasion" . Yes,some of Crimea's 2.2 million people are celebrating the curious arrival of the neighboring country's soldiers by taking pictures with the troops or making them tea. Many others, however, regard friendliness with the Kremlin invaders as treason. And there are many hooligans & provokers, that came from russia, besides the army forces. Theese provokers start fighting and making disturbances in Crimea.
I just want to say, that most Ukrainians want their national sovereignty and territory respected by the Russian neighbors !!!
The latest news, for this minute, are, that russian military has issued ultimatum to Ukrainian troops on land in Crimea -- surrender by 5 a.m. tomorrow or face attack.
Ukrainian officials: Russians planning violent provocations in Crimea to justify war.
It's very hard times for Ukraine now. The EuroMaidan Revolution entered its 102 day on March 2 with Russia in control of Ukraine's Crimean peninsula after an invasion that began on Feb. 28. In the meantime, Viktor Yanukovych, ousted as Ukrainian president on Feb. 22, remains in exile in Russia as Russian President Vladimir Putin asserts the right to intervene militarily in Ukraine and stay indefinitely.
we just want to live independently, to take care of our own problems without any pressure or invasion from russia. So please, dont make laugh & fun of this dangerous situation in Ukraine. If you want to know the truth, you can read #Euromaidan english twitter of facebook. If you dont, it's your right. But here, in Ukraine, it's not so funny.

It's hilarious when Americans are saying something about sending army to other country for "no reason" meanwhile doing it by themselves :09:
And I agree With Lu: what is ANYBODY going to do against Putin? Nobody is going to do ANYTHING and that is true. He can do whatever he wants to do...

What else you could post? nothing. Let's all face facts - if you post anything against Putin, you would be FUCKED. So I can understand, you are scared, and what's the point to show both sides of conflict. But please, next time don't pretend that you have no agenda. This is your deal, that's what you ware made for, you just completing your mission. Just one question = this is 21st century, what the fuck Russia? do you always need to be that fucked up neighbor?

And to think that Western Europe thinks they're all safe and sound... next time they'll come to London to "protect property of their citizens", and by that I mean all those luxurious residences in Chelsea and other posh neighbourhoods. They'll also have to protect Courchevel and Saint-Tropez. That's how it starts.

Civilians on photos don't cover their faces. Not surprised the soldiers do - even though it's not really likely they will be punished for their crime.
