No one knows what goes on in North Korea. There is an entire university in Seoul dedicated to studying NK, and even that university doesn't make guarantees that their conclusions are accurate.

I don't believe only 605 people in North Korea use the internet...really...they live on a different planet or something and do not have computers or cell phones? and to get an exact number of 605....gtfoh. Most of this post is bull.

I know for a fact that #10 is correct, I have been to the boarder and seen it for myself. It really is a 'ghost city'. I also had the chance to speak with a couple of North Korean defectors, they told me that when they defected to the south it was like visiting the stars and one even claimed he had no idea what the internet was..
ALL imported goods are from china and controlled by the NK government, so the likes of cell phones, computers and most other electronics are unheard of.
And you only have to mention the name, Horeyong to a defector and their expression will say it all.

The rest.. speculated at best.
