#20 not true, in Barcelona you're not allowed to walk shirtless with your swimsuit, you can go topless on the beach but if you want to go for a walk or into a Bar you must put your shirt on. It's a matter of manners, only douches go shirtless on the street.

I believe the one about the gum is true...if i remember the article I read they banned chewing gum because of the huge amount of gum being spit on the sidewalks and streets and making a huge mess

#1 is true, I live in Germany. It makes perfect sense too, its kind of dangerous to stop on the side of a road without speed limits.
