But did you know about people of SAPE (Societe des Ambianceurs et des Personnes Elegantes)?
In colonial years young people, who worked for French colonists decided that they had to look elegant.
Since then you can see such people all over congo.
They have their own body language, nicknames and they are against any kind of violence.

Some of them are really elegant, but some just funny.
