i don/t think that a couple of pics does the UK any justice or any other country for that matter, Almost all nations have good and bad sides the smart thing to do IMO is to look in the middle.

It's weird. If i didn't live in England myself I'd be shocked at some of these images. Thankfully, I'm brought up into a privileged part of the UK so don't have to even set eyes on some of these..
