Probably less than you count on. Chewing leaf itself is equivalent to drinking strong cup of coffe. After all, coca grows high up in Peruvian mountains (ca 2500 - 3000 m above sea) so natives use it simply as a stimulant to not to feel sleepy at that heights.

Their are ok. We have a big tradition in the north of argentina as well.
Its not like sniffing at all. Its good for digestion and to deal with the high level over the sea. Like 4.000 mtrs over the ocean level and similar. Its better and u dont actually have to chew it. U make like a ball called ACUYICO and put it under your cheek and keep it there.
