Actually this is very common unfortunately! One that is really for small kids (like those cars on trails) had a picture of the three kids from Harry Potter but Hermione was nude!

Also, the owner of a popular atraction ("O COMETA" - The Comet in English) when announcing his ride, plays with the words and says something like this: "Se quer diverso no cu meta", which sounds exactly the same as "cometa" but in that way (cu meta) means litteraly: "If you want fun, insert it in your ass".
