Ted Williams was a famous baseball player.
After his death in 2002 his body was frozen.
In October, 2009 in the book "Frozen" Larry Johnson, a former exec at the Alcor Life Extension Foundation in Scottsdale, Ariz., graphically described how Ted Williams was beheaded, his head frozen and repeatedly abused by the employees of the cryonics facility.
