Same thing: We all die instantly.
This post would have been better if it were 'What if oxygen levels dropped/raised by 5%'. That could actually happen (eventually).

5 seconds and the oceans evaporate? 5 seconds? 5 seconds can do a lot of damage, but you would imagine that the oxygen returns exactly to where it was suppose to be after 5 seconds and things would carry on.

It's more a question of "what if the ELEMENT oxygen were removed"...because with that headline, pretty much everyone assumes by "oxygen" they mean 02 (in the air).
And I doubt the bug thing, otherwise why aren't all bugs the same size?
