Thanks God in Brazil we don´t have tsunamis, earthquakes neither tornados. :45:
All those old buildings (1970´s) are inspected every 3 months by engineers and if any one offers a little risk for safety the owners is obligated to do a structural repair in foundations using hidraulic pumps and other solutions. The final result is the buiding going back to the original position.
