Talk about a time capsule .... most of that stuff looks like it's from the early seventies.
It's in incredible condition.
I remember some of the packaging from when I was a kid.
I bet they just thought it was part of the city utilities or something and never gave it another thought.

Fake?!?
To me, this looks like an entry to the sewers, as on #3, the bottom of the ladder is standing in water, and there are no pictures of the bunker itself. Just a bunch of old rusty boxes filled with old candy, which might just mean a homeless person resided there many a year ago. Or else a few things they found in the attic and they thought it was funny to make a story out of it.
