Models in the western world all look very similar too. They all look so bland with no strong characteristics. Even more so now they are photoshopped beyond recognition.

In Korea, it's around 13 per 1000 getting plastic surgery (Italy & Greece are around 12). The United States is around 10 per 1000. In Korea though the highest rate of plastic surgery is for "Skin & Hair" (8 per 1000 out of the 13) instead of changing any of the facial structure.
