Some of those are real jerks. The serving people get paid minimum wage and they make their money on the tips. So what if you make more money than they do. How about showing some compassion and sharing it.

The servers do not even get minimum wage in the US. Most get less than $3 and hour and they are expected to make up the difference in tips. Think of that the next time you tip them. And yes, they do remember you, good or bad. :12: :12: :12:
