well for one the bone part of the nose is very noticeably smaller (the part between the eyes, or rather a bit lower than that).

she had a fat nose before

why you don't notice is because most people also do the tip of the nose, make it curved up but she kept her natural curve (which is slightly imperfect)

there is a slight change tho, but not so noticeable...

I think she got double fold surgery on her eyes to make them look bigger and have that fold of skin that most european people have on their eyelids
But i really can't tell the difference between before and after the nose job...
