How can people be so cruel?!?!?!

The house next door is empty, but the owner left his dog to "watch the property". He comes and feeds the poor dog like every 7-15 days, I can't believe why he left him here, he's so cute and friendly (the dog). Since there are no laws against animal cruelty in my country there's nothing we can do, except to give him some food from time to time, all the neighbors do it whenever they can. And the owner.... well, he's a jerk and I hope he rots in hell.

whenever I see posts like these I hug my dogs extra hard. dogs are wonderful and I hope all these guys found loving homes!
