I barbecue and smoke game meats such as bear, duck, elk, venison, and buffalo. I have about 500 recipes compiled and have been encouraged to write a book on the subject.

I can prepare a four course meal for eight that most would consider restaurant quality. I've grown my own chilis, herbs, and watermelons from it's seed.

I've bred discus and stingrays.

Is that creative enough?
