Making Room: New Models for Housing New Yorkers is a very interesting project by Julya Grundberg. It's a flexibly furnished micro-studio apartment of just 325 square feet (30 sq m).

They could have saved a few square feet fitting a normal hand basin, that things huge!

You would have to hope for a decent toilet at work though, as there's no window in that bathroom.

I'm currently living in 25 Sq Meters in China with my wife and cat. Never thought I would say it, but it's enough room. Certainly causes me to re-evaluate what kind of home I want to buy when I return to the USA.
