I think JonesJones is right. It certainly looks a lot like BPD or maybe Intermittent Explosive Disorder. I legitimately feel bad for the girl as well as the guy.

Little different to some conversations I have had with girls, where seemingly innocent actions, done for yourself with no bearing or effect on anyone else, are instantly taken as directed at them.
My wife wonders why I don't say much sometimes. Bitter experience maybe? She had an avalanche of questions when I shut my Facebook down.
