I think toothpaste as a burn salve is a little suspect....seems to me it would sting and the SLS/SLES in it is hugely irritating to skin. Honey would probably work better but you wouldn't get a "cooling" effect.

never try number 11, you'll ruin your glasses. I was sold a product once to fill in scratches of my glasses and all it did was ruin a pair of 800 dollar lenses.
