One Chinese man has built seven ball bunkers as a preparation for the end of the world on December 21, 2012. He spent $160,000, but at least he feels safe now. The balls are hermetic and can swim.

He spent all that money building seven of these things, but why does he need seven of them? Do they only work in conjunction with one another or something? Or couldn't he just have built a single one?
